University & College Platforms
An academic platform for colleges: admission, registration, courses, grades, and fees, with separate student, faculty, and administration portals.
Universities differ from schools in one fundamental way: students register for courses rather than classes, grades are weighted, and fees are tied to credit hours. We built a platform that accounts for this and it runs today at a working university institution.
The platform rests on three portals with separate permissions. The student portal: course registration, timetable, grades and GPA, fees and payments, notifications. The faculty portal: assigned courses, student lists, grade entry, attendance. The administration portal: admission, study plans, sections and capacities, fees, and academic and financial reporting.
The system separates academic and financial data at the permission level — the academic registrar does not see financial records and vice versa — and records every sensitive change in an auditable log. The interface is fully Arabic with English support.
