The system covers the full student lifecycle: online enrolment for new students, a student file with data and documents, class and section allocation, attendance tracking, grade entry and result sheets, and instalment-based fee management with arrears tracking. On the staff side: teacher and administrator files, timetable allocation, and role-based permissions.
A public school website accompanies the system, presenting the school, its staff, and its announcements, and feeding enrolment requests straight into the system with no double entry. The interface is fully Arabic and designed for phone use, because many administrators are not sitting at a desktop. The system is built and running at a working educational institution.
