Restaurant Systems
Managing orders, tables, the kitchen, delivery and menus.
At peak hour an order passes through many hands: taken at the table or by phone, sent to the kitchen, prepared, then served or delivered and paid for. Any slip of paper lost on the way means a late order or an item that was never charged.
We build restaurant systems where an order is entered once and reaches the kitchen directly on a screen or printer, with the status of every order from receipt to serving. The system manages open tables, pickup and delivery orders, and the menu with its prices and add-ons, and produces accurate bills.
Where you need stock control, menu items are linked to their ingredients, so the system deducts what is used and warns you before ingredients run out. At the end of the day you get sales reports by item, shift and payment method.
Screens are designed for tablets at the tables and in the kitchen, with a clear Arabic interface staff can use without lengthy training, and permissions that separate the cashier, kitchen and management.
The problem we solve
Orders travel on paper between the floor and the kitchen, so they run late or go missing, bills are calculated by hand, and you do not know which items earn the most.
