Pharmacy Management Systems
Managing medicines, batches, expiry dates, sales and stock.
A pharmacy handles thousands of items, each with batches, expiry dates and changing prices. Tracking all this by hand means medicines expiring on the shelves, a needed item running out without anyone noticing, or discrepancies in the accounts with no known cause.
We build pharmacy systems that record every medicine by brand and generic name, its batches and each batch's expiry date, and dispense from the batch closest to expiry first. The system alerts you to medicines nearing expiry and items that have reached their reorder level.
Sales happen at the counter by searching for a medicine by name or barcode, deducting the quantity from stock immediately and printing the receipt. Purchases from suppliers are recorded, so you know each supplier's balance and the cost of every item.
You get daily and monthly reports on sales, profit and slow-moving items, with permissions that separate pharmacist, cashier and management, and support for several branches with separate stock and consolidated reports.

Medicines expire on the shelves unnoticed, items run out without warning, and stock and accounts do not reconcile.
