HR Systems
Employee records, attendance, leave, payroll and appraisals.
As headcount grows, tracking staff records, attendance, leave and pay becomes a burden that takes up the whole HR team's time. Mistakes in attendance or deductions show up in payslips, and a wrong payslip hits employee trust directly.
We build HR systems that keep each employee's file in one place: personal details, documents, contract, job title, start date and history of moves. Attendance is recorded from a fingerprint device or the app, so working hours, lateness and overtime are calculated automatically.
Employees request leave from their own account, it goes to their manager for approval, and it is deducted from their balance once approved, so everyone knows the remaining balance without asking. At month end the system prepares the payroll from basic salary, allowances, deductions and overtime, and issues a payslip for each employee.
You get reports on absence, lateness, turnover and payroll cost per department, with permissions defining what employees, managers, HR and management each see, and periodic performance reviews linked to each employee's goals.
The problem we solve
Employee files scattered across paper and spreadsheets, attendance collected by hand at month end, payroll recalculated from scratch each time, and leave requests lost in messages.
