Orderak — Restaurant Ordering and Management
An Arabic restaurant system combining online menus and orders with manager, cashier and kitchen interfaces: catalog management, dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders, sales summaries and receivables.
Orderak connects the customer storefront with restaurant operations in one Arabic system. Customers browse categorized menus, review dishes and prices, build an adjustable cart, and choose delivery or restaurant pickup. Checkout displays the total and cash-on-delivery terms, with restaurant confirmation before preparation.
The cashier interface supports item search and dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders, with notes, discounts, held orders and sending orders to the kitchen. It also separates open orders and delivery orders. A dedicated kitchen account complements the cashier and manager accounts.
The manager dashboard shows collected revenue, order count, average bill and outstanding receivables, with breakdowns by payment method, order source and order type. Management tools cover categories, item availability, featured dishes, sales, receivables, users, devices and activity logs.
A public restaurant page completes the experience with opening hours, location and WhatsApp and phone links, bringing presentation, ordering and staff workflows together.
