Healtfull — Medical Center Management System

Healtfull is a StingSystem product organizing medical center work from patient registration through shift closing. It combines reception, clinical services, service departments, finance and administration in an Arabic and English interface designed for the center’s local network.

Reception covers patient files, search, registration, emergency files, Excel import and duplicate-file tools. The queue connects waiting, calling and payment status to each clinic, alongside appointment booking, rescheduling and attendance for each doctor.

The cashier connects service requests with invoicing, collection and shifts, distinguishing pending, confirmed and rejected transfers. Screens include credit notes, refunds, shift review, receipt verification and authorized service delivery before payment.

The laboratory presents paid or authorized tests for sample receipt, result entry and approval. Pharmacy covers prescription dispensing, direct sales, items, goods receipts, stock counts, adjustments, transfers, shortages and batch expiry monitoring over 30, 60 or 90 days. Separate areas cover the clinic, nursing and insurance claims.

The dashboard summarizes confirmed collections, pending transfers, queues, net revenue and department revenue. Reports cover revenue, shift variances, exceptions, payer receivables, stock movement and expiry, visits and laboratory turnaround, with Excel export and print options. Administration includes users, roles and permissions, departments and doctors, the service catalog, price lists, policies and the audit trail.

The patient portal completes the workflow with file number, phone and receipt-code access to approved test results, appointments, invoices and receipts.
