Diyafa — Hotel Management System
An offline Arabic desktop system for hotels: rooms, reservations, guests, cash and reports, with each hotel's own identity (name, logo and colour).
Diyafa is the product that grew out of the Sky Towers hotel system: a Windows application that works without internet, installs from a single file, and is offered to hotels as one program carrying each hotel's own identity.
What it provides: • A room board with one card per room: state, guest, end of stay, balance and one action. • Reservations on a timeline, check-in, check-out, extensions and room changes. • Cash drawer, shifts, payments and expenses, with invoices and thermal receipts. • Follow-ups and alerts for stays that are ending or overdue. • Reports with printing and export to Excel and PDF. • Automatic encrypted backups, and a read-only owner PC for following the hotel.
Hotel identity: each hotel uploads its logo, enters its name and picks its colour from five tested palettes; they appear in the sidebar, the login page, the window title and the printed papers. Every PC can use a light, dark or automatic theme.
Security: quick PIN sign-in for day-to-day work, and password confirmation for actions that touch accounts and backups.
